Update of NUBs for 2019

The list of all NUB proposals published back in January, was updated by the InEK on May 15. The update only concerns proposals with the InEK designation "Darvastrocel", all other proposals and results remain unchanged.

In total, there were 60,185 NUB proposals for 2019.

In accordance with sec. 6 para 2 KHEntgG, a hospital may submit a NUB proposal to bypass the time until a new therapy is reimbursed appropriately within the G-DRG-system. After submission, InEK assigns a status describing the result of examination for the NUB criteria. A NUB status 1 is the basis for the negotiation of a NUB payment for the corresponding year with the health insurances.
