For innovative therapies, which are not yet sufficiently reimbursed via the G-DRG-system, hospitals can negotiate an appropriate Reimbursement with the payers if:
- the hospitals submit a NUB proposal at InEK until October 31st.
- InEK afterwards decided on “NUB status 1” for this therapy.
