DRG proposals for 2020

InEK (DRG Institute, “Institut für das Entgeltsystem im Krankenhaus GmbH) published a summary of all DRG proposals for 2020 on May 24.

There are 241 submitted proposals for the adaption of the G-DRG-system 2020 which are now evaluated by InEK. 

The first information and results will probably be published in September. We will keep you up to date on our website.

Hospitals, medical societies and associations do have annually the opportunity to support the development of the G-DRG-system by their contribution of medical and scientific knowledge to InEK.

The publication of the DRG proposals is based on sec. 17b KHG which obligates InEK to publish a summarized version of all DRG proposals, including the submitting institutions.
