With the publication of the first documents for the aG-DRG system 2024 on the InEK website, important information is now available that can be used to estimate the Reimbursement of in-patient therapies in Germany for the year 2024.
The federal base rate is still missing for an exact calculation, but the data is already sufficient for an initial estimate.
Since with the publication of the aG-DRG system - or more precisely, the transitional versions 2022/2024 and 2023/2024 - "groupers" have already been certified (software that is needed to analyze the case assignment of treatment cases to DRGs), Reimbursement Analyses or the creation of Coding Brochures can be started soon.
