With the publication of the pre-version of the ICD-10-GM version 2022 by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) a new round of publications of various classifications has started. At the end of the year, they are meant to give a complete overview over the effective reimbursement system for the in-patient sector in 2022.
The effects of these changes on the Reimbursement in the context of a changed DRG allocation in 2022 can only be answered at a later date - probably in the fall of this year when additional information is available.
